Welcome to Stonekeep Property inspections LLC!! I’m John DeHeer, owner of Stonekeep Property Inspections LLC. I’m a licensed and certified home inspector who holds a license in the states of South Carolina and New York. I was educated through the American Home Inspection Training Program ( AHIT ) and have passed all testing and licensing requirements for both states, including a business management and law exam and the National Home Inspection Exam ( NHIE )

I started StoneKeep Property Inspections with one goal in mind: to provide home owners and buyers with a thorough, honest, and straightforward inspection they can trust. I understand that buying a home is one of the most stressful situations to go through, as well as one of the biggest investments you will ever make. My job is to help you understand the condition of that investment.

I take the time to examine the homes accessible systems, identify potential concerns, and clearly explain what I find. I believe an inspection shouldn't be about rushing through a checklist. It should be about attention to detail, clear communication, and giving my clients the information they need to make the best decision about their property.

At Stonekeep Property inspections, I take pride in looking beyond the obvious and paying attention to the details that can be easily overlooked.

My commitment is simple. To provide every client with an honest, detailed, and professional inspection so they can move forward with confidence. I take pride in doing the job right, paying attention to the details, and leaving no stone unturned.
